Return & Refund Policy
Return
Due to the nature of organic, food, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used products
Food, groceries, and consumable items once delivered
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Orders placed under special offers or discounts (unless damaged or incorrect)
Replacement Policy
If the return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
Refunds
Once the return request is approved:
Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our par
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
